We move fast. Every order is handled with care and dispatched from Aotearoa.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 12PM NZST roll into the next business day.

Once your order is packed and locked in, it’s dispatched via NZ Post eShip with full tracking.

🇳🇿 New Zealand Delivery

All parcels are shipped using tracked NZ Post courier services via eShip.

Estimated delivery:

We don’t cut corners — every order is tracked from our hands to yours.

Tracking

As soon as your order is on the move, you’ll get a tracking link via email.

From there, you can follow your delivery in real time through NZ Post.

Rural Addresses

If you’re on a rural route, delivery may take an extra 1–2 working days.
Good things take a little longer — still worth it.

Delays

We work tight, but once your order is with the courier, timing is in their hands.

Delays can happen during:

Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Orders sent via NZ Post eShip to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be returned or incur redelivery fees.

Lost or Damaged

If something’s not right, hit us within 5 days of delivery.

We’ll open an investigation with NZ Post and get it sorted properly.
